Refund policy

Once your order has been shipped, ownership of the product transfers to the customer.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Be sure to enter your address carefully and accurately at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

  • As tea is a food product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
  • We also do not accept returns for intangible items, such as tickets to classes or events.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, contaminated, or different from what you ordered, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
In such cases, please keep the product in its original condition and packaging, and contact us through the inquiry form within one week of delivery.
